ブログの題名を変えてみた。
2014年になったしね。

I changed my blog name.

Because it's 2014 now.

今年はもっと「もっとメカを描きたいかな」ということで。
メカを描いていこうと思うのだが……

Then I want to draw more mech!

So I'm going to draw mech but……

ぶっちゃけメカってどうなの？

Honestly what do you think about mech?

最近のアニメのメカだったり、個体の物質はCGばかりだよね。
まぁ、わかるが、個人的には手描きが良い……

There is many robot or something solid things are CG.

Yeah I know. but I want to watch mech that drawn by hand.

個人的メカに対する思い。
メカと聞いてあなたは何を想像します？

My feeling for mech.

What do you imagine when you hear mech?

私は、ゴテゴテのバイクを今想像しました。
今ね。今。

I just imagined the motorcycle.

Just now. now.

基本的にメカ物のアニメといえば、ロボット。ロボットといえばガンダム。
みたいな感じがありますが、最近気付いたんですが、
私あんまりガンダム好きじゃないんじゃないか？

Basically the mech anime is robot, robot is GUNDAM.

anime + robot =GUNDAM right? in general.

But honestly I think I don't like gundam?

いや、あんまりガンダムとか、そもそもロボット系アニメを見たりする事が少ないので、あまり言えた物ではないだのだが、
「どれも同じに見える」のである。

Well at first I don't watch much mech anime so I can't say many things but.

"It looks like same each mech anime"

ガンダムとか基本ロボと言いつつパイロットなんかの、
人間ドラマじゃないか。勘違いで争って、戦争に行かされたり………あ。
(戦争だからかぁ……だから好きじゃないのか？）
そこが良いのだろうが！と言う人も居るだろうが、
ロボを求めてみると「アレ？」ってなるんだな。

GUNDAM is robot. Robot anime but they are doing just human drama.

Like misunderstanding each other or go to war and………Oh.

(War…… Is that why I don't like it?)

昔、私が小学校入る頃にガンダムトリロジーを
親に見せてもらったらしい。（覚えてない。）
で、親曰く、不評だったらしい。
「私はガンダムが面白くない」とか言ったらしい。

I heard when I was about before I go to elementary school, my father watches me gundam trilogy.

but I didin't like it .

I said " I don't like gundam" to father. but I don't remember.

そういう事である。
ロボット物だけども。
ロボットはおまけ。

Just like that.

It's robot anime but.

Robot is not main. 

いや、嫌いじゃないよ今は、      でもなぁ………

Well I don't dislike them.   well ah……

なんかどれもガンダムかエヴァの派生系に見えるんじゃよ。

It can looks like same or similar with gundam or evangelion.

ロボと戦争ってジャンルを作ったのもガンダムだし。
ロボと戦争のアニメはそれは、ガンダムの派生系だぜ。
そりゃぁ、似てるよね。
もちろん似てないのもあるが、内容は似たり寄ったりじゃろ？
知らないけど。

Because gundam made genre that is robot with war.

That's why looks like gundam.

Of course there is many not similar with gundam but that's similar story huh?

I don't know though.

なるほど！戦争とか人間ドラマは好きじゃないのか！わたしは！

I see! I don't like war and human drama!

話しはそれたが、メカについて。
個人的に、メカは、なめらかで未来チックな感じでない！物が私は好きです。
ゴテゴテしたエンジンむき出しだったりするの好きです。
そうでなくとも、mechanix 2019(アキラの金田のバイクです) とか好きです。

well anyway. let's talk about mech.

Personally mech looks is not like smooth or future things.

I like the mech like engine with out bonnet.

and I like mechanix 2019(Kaneda's motorcycle in AKIRA)

まぁ、とりあえず。
ヘッドホンとグラサン。そして昔絵が下手だった頃のキャラをを描きました。
ヘッドホンとグラサンの合体したヤツは、世の中のどこかにあると思います。

Well this character from my former times.

headphone and sunglass.

ヘッドホンはともかく、たいしてメカを描けない私にとってグラサンも、メカだよね。

Sunglass is mech too for me. because  I don't used to it.

昔のキャラ、このキャラを描くときはいつもうまくいかなかった。下手だったから？
頭のもこもこは、頭の(頭蓋骨の)曲線が描けないのごまかすためです。
こんなキャラばかりですよ。

I always can't draw well when I draw this character. maybe I was not good.

ヘッドホンは同じのを描くのは難しいし、飽きるので、毎回違います。

I don't want to draw same headphone every time,  every times different.

なぜこのキャラを今描いたのか。
最近ヘッドホンとれない系女子が出てるアニメがやってるそうじゃないですか。
どこぞのイメージキャラクターが人気がでて、なぜかアニメ化。
ブラックロックシューター的な？
まぁ、良いけど。

Well why I draw this character now?

Because there is a anime that is girl can't takes off headphone. you know?

That from just image character but it got popular so I comes in anime.

Like Black rock shooter?

Whatever.
